We were concerned when the buyer for our home had financing difficulties, but your patience and advocacy put us at ease and helped to alleviate some of our frustration. When everything came together, we appreciated your preparation and quick action that allowed us to close on both properties without complications. The free moving truck was the icing on the cake!

Dear Eric and Beth Ann,
Laura and I want to thank you and express our appreciation for everything you did for us. Due to market conditions, we had to put our condo up as a rental. I had no idea where to start and Eric helped me through the entire process. At the same time, there was never any pressure put on us to buy our new house in a certain timeframe. You said you would look until we found the right house, and that is exactly what you did.
We truly appreciated how you would send emails daily on homes that fit our profile. You both were always available when we needed you. As you know, my wife and I have since been actively referring people to you. I love telling people “I know the best Realtors in the business!”
I want to say again: Thank You. As the Mortgage Broker I used caused problems towards the end; you called us every day while being on vacation in another state. It even came down to you calling the lender to quickly resolve any issues that arose.
