Beth Ann's Qualifications
Beth Ann has been involved in the Real Estate industry for over 16 years. She is great with experienced buyers and first time buyers alike. Beth Ann knows the process and flow of the transaction from start to finish and actually trains new agents in these processes.
Beth Ann also is a certified relocation specialist and has completed her GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute). Beth Ann also holds a B.S. in Business Management. |

Eric's Qualifications
Eric has been involved in the commercial & built environment for over 17 years. He is a National Past President and Distinguised Lifetime member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services. He holds a B.S. in accounting.
Eric has just recently been installed as President-Elect of the North Metro Denver Realtor Association for 2008-2009. |
